The Investment Supports Efforts to Meet Growing Demand

Since 2024, 2M Carnitech has doubled its number of employees, and as of February this year, the company relocated to a new, larger facility in Vadum, just north of Aalborg. Recently, it delivered a large turnkey solution to the US, and the orders continue to grow in both number and size. This is why capital is now being injected:

“We look forward to meeting the growing demand from primarily Europe and the US. We’ve already expanded both design and production significantly, and now our capacity for international expansion has been strengthened even further,” says CEO Ole Petersen.

Local Investor Joins the Ongoing Expansion

Henrik Sørensen is particularly known for transforming DESMI into a successful global corporation, which he sold in 2022 after being in charge of the corporation for decades. He will now contribute to the ongoing international expansion at 2M Carnitech with experience and capital – joining founder Michael Feifer Møller in a 50/50 partnership.

2M Carnitech was founded in 2008 by Michael Feifer Møller as a specialised design office developing machinery for the slaughter industry. Today, the company has its own production facilities where it both develops and manufactures processing and packaging equipment for the food industry. 2M Carnitech delivers turnkey solutions to international markets such as the USA, Germany, and Norway. In 2025, the company relocated to larger facilities to accommodate growing international demand and a growing workforce.
